Terms of Service

Welcome, traveler. By entering the halls of The Revenue Council, thou dost agree to abide by these sacred Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between thee and The Revenue Council ("The Council," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully before subscribing to our community.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to The Council's services, thou acknowledgest that thou hast read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If thou dost not agree to these terms, thou must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

The Revenue Council is a private, subscription-based community for revenue professionals, hosted primarily through Discord. Our services include:

• Access to exclusive Discord channels and discussions
• Member resource library and educational materials
• Industry benchmarking tools and data
• Networking opportunities with fellow revenue leaders
• Weekly roundtables and community events

3. Membership and Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Council offers the following membership plans:

• Individual Membership: $59 per month for a single member seat
• Company Membership: $59 base fee plus $29 per additional seat per month

3.2 Billing and Renewal

Thy membership shall be billed monthly on the anniversary of thy subscription date. All payments are processed through Stripe, our trusted payment processor. By subscribing, thou dost authorize us to charge thy designated payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Thou may cancel thy membership at any time through thy account settings or by contacting our support. Upon cancellation:

• Thy access shall continue until the end of thy current billing period
• No refunds shall be issued for partial months
• Thy Discord access shall be revoked at the end of the billing period

3.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, The Council may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team to discuss thy situation.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

Thou art responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of thy account credentials and for all activities that occur under thy account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of thy account.

4.2 Accurate Information

Thou must provide accurate and complete information when creating thy account and keep this information current. Providing false information may result in termination of thy membership.

4.3 Discord Account

Access to The Council requires linking a valid Discord account. Thou must comply with both The Council's rules and Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Member Conduct

As a member of The Council, thou agrees to conduct thyself with honor and professionalism. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination against fellow members
• Sharing confidential member information or discussions outside The Council
• Spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion
• Sharing or distributing malicious content or links
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or exploit the platform
• Impersonating other members, administrators, or The Council
• Sharing thy membership credentials or allowing others to access thy account
• Any illegal activity or content that violates applicable laws

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of thy membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Council Content

All content provided by The Council, including but not limited to resources, templates, educational materials, and benchmarking data, remains the exclusive property of The Revenue Council. Thou may use such content for thy personal and professional development but may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share it without express written permission.

6.2 Member Contributions

By posting content in The Council's community spaces, thou grants The Council a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the community. Thou retains ownership of thy original content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Council provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Council shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by thee in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

8. Indemnification

Thou agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Revenue Council, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from thy use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or thy membership shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Thou agrees to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against The Council.

10. Modifications to Terms

The Council reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes shall be communicated via email or announcement within the community. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

The Council reserves the right to terminate or suspend thy membership at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Thy access to Discord and all Council services shall be revoked
• Refunds may not be issued depending on the circumstances of termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
